Pulsed Fiber Laser Welding System

Amada Miyachi America Inc. introduces the LMF70-HP, an addition to its LMF series of lasers. The 70-W laser proves ideal for welding small components and thin sheetmetal to 0.01-in. thick. Common applications include welding battery tabs to cans and thin wires for thermocouples and the like. In addition to welding, use the lasers to engrave, mark and cut.

The laser is offered as an OEM product with galvo-scanning beam delivery and controller, or integrated into the firm’s LMWS platform.
