Bodycote Contracts with Rolls-Royce

Bodycote, a U.K.-based provider of heattreatment and thermal processing, has signed a 15-year contract, worth more than $227 million in incremental revenues, with Rolls-Royce’s Civil Aerospace business. Bodycote will provide vacuum heattreatment and hot isostatic pressing, supporting Rolls-Royce’s turbine-blade casting facilities in Derby and Rotherham, United Kingdom. The agreement ensures the provision of thermal processing to support the growth of Rolls-Royce’s large civilian engine programs.
