Smart Panel Bender Promises to Increase Productivity

The new BCe Smart 2220 panel-bending machine from Prima Power features a large working table that allows loading and unloading in a single sequence, increasing productivity. Thanks to a barcode reader and automatic tool-changing system, setup is quick and automatic, and activates dynamic production queues.

To optimize ergonomics and safety, there are no physical barriers for manual loading; warning lights and acoustic signals help to synchronize loading and unloading, and an interactive display guides the operator in the working phases to be carried out, such as part orientation. The working-table side sections can be easily lowered to allow the operator closer access for loading or unloading of medium-sized sheets.

Use the panel bender for producing small volumes, kits of components, and individual parts with high-quality bending and high repeatability requirements. Maximum bending length: 2250 mm; sheet size can range from 180 by 360 mm to 1500 by 2850 mm. Bending force: 32 tons.
