NAMII—the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute—founded in August 2012 in Youngstown, OH—has been rebranded as America Makes. Driven by the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining, America Makes seeks to advance and accelerate the adoption of additive manufacturing and 3D printing technologies.
