3DEO, Inc., Gardena, CA, has promoted Marty McGough from vice president of operations to chief operations officer. The former senior vice president at 3D Systems has more than 20 years of hands-on experience applying Lean and continuous-improvement methodologies to manufacturing, product design, cost reduction, system enhancement, and customer satisfaction problems. He currently leads efforts to implement a Lean-Six Sigma culture and philosophy at 3DEO.
