Custom Robotic Sheet Metal Folder
November 17, 2025Comments
Beck Automation, part of the Bradbury Group, has introduced
a robotic, automated sheet metal folder designed to streamline production,
improve efficiency and help fabricators get the most of their workforce,
according to company officials.
The customized system can be integrated with folders to 26 ft. long with a sheet loader, or to 21 ft. without one, depending on the setup. Because every folder comes with its own capabilities and limitations, Beck’s solution is tailored to a fabricator’s specific equipment. This solution, according to company officials, frees operators for other tasks; enhances workplace safety by automating repetitive and higher-risk tasks; reduces downtime via setup performed while the equipment is running, and through continuous unattended operation; and requires minimal maintenance.
