New Tools Boost Transfer-Line Throughput

De-Sta-Co has expanded its Accelerate collection of lightweight robotic and transfer-line (tri-axis and crossbar) end-effector tooling, designed to provide metal-stamping facilities with new options to increase production-line speed. Additions include new transfer-press components, expanded clamp sizes and additional mounting opportunities.

Accelerate tooling can be used to build lightweight end effectors that, say company officials, can quicken the pace of production line by as much as 30 percent without overworking the robots.
