Scotchman Introduces FI 125-Ton Integrated Ironworker

Engineered for high-volume, repetitive operations, Scotchman Industries’ FI 125 is engineered punch a 1-1/2-in. hole through 1-in. mild steel. With five built-in tool stations and an integrated, single-operator design it delivers more tonnage and versatility than previous Scotchman models.

Scotchman Fi 125The FI 125’s standard features include a 6- by 6-by- 1/2-in. angle shear; a channel shear that handles 6-inch channel; rectangular notcher for up to 3- by 5- by-1/2-in material and a  20-in. flat bar shear with a low rake angle that cuts up to 1- by 18-in. and 3/4- by 20-in. stock.

Standard equipment also includes an electric remote foot pedal, jog control, keyed punch ram, punch gauging table with fence and scale, shear table with miter fence, and notcher table with guide and scale. Machine comes standard with 4-in. channel blades, but will also accept Scotchman optional 2-, 3-, 5-, and 6-in. channel blades.

The ironworker supports optional tooling such as press brakes and tube shears.

It is equipped with a two-stage hydraulic pump system, electric valves, adjustable electric stroke control with scale, and a remote foot pedal for ease of use.

The Scotchman’s FI 125 is made in the United States.
