Tri-Mer Corp., Owosso, MI, a manufacturer of air-pollution control systems, introduces a combination water chiller and dust collector for laser-cutting operations. The unit features an air-cooled water chiller engineered for heavy-service laser heads and optics that provides ±0.5-deg. uniformity. An exclusive plug-and-play feature minimizes setup time; the unit provides has single- and dual-circuit capability.

The chiller-collector’s MERV 16 filters are 99.999-percent efficient on 0.5-micron and larger particles by weight, and provide consistent airflow and low pressure drop performance. The dust collector features automated, continuous-duty pulse-jet filter cleaning.
