TAB Industries Installs New Laser-Cutting Machine

Metal fabricator TAB Industries, LLC, Reading, PA, has installed a new 3300 BesCutter fiberoptic laser-cutting machine at its 44,000-sq.-ft. shop. The new machine represents a strategic investment to strengthen its laser cutting services and offer customers fast lead times on dependable schedules, says company resident Tom Brizek.“Nearly everyone sourcing cutting services today understands that laser offers superior precision, quality and speed compared to other methods,” says Brizek, who founded the family-owned company in 2005. “That has increased demand for laser-cut parts.” The new machine marks the latest of the company's numerous, recent equipment investments, including a new press brake, new gas-tungsten-arc-welding station, and a state-of-the-art powder-coating line.
