Omax demonstrates its OptiMax 60X JetMachining Center with the high-precision TiltaJet cutting head and equipped with the EnduroMax 5-Series direct-drive pump engineered for high efficiency and maximum uptime. The TiltaJet cutting head (pictured) automatically compensates for taper—culminating in zero taper, according to the company—to produce precise finished parts with square edges. The EnduroMax pump delivers high-volume nozzle horsepower. IntelliMax software allows part files to be imported from other CAD programs. It also features Terrain Follower or Collision Sensing Terrain Follower to provide additional protection and adaptability for the cutting head.
The waterjet is equipped with a large cutting area so that fabricators can set up multiple cutting jobs or machine a single large sheet.
