Profil Launches New Website Highlighting Automotive Fasteners

Profil, Danboro, PA, a PennEngineering company and manufacturer of mechanically attached fasteners for the automotive industry, has launched a new website, www.profil-global.com. The website, available in English and German, provides details on the Profil lineup of products, installation methods and application use.

Among new features is an interactive search that allows users to filter product information by type, size, material, application and fastening method. A new cost-calculator tool determines the potential cost savings gained by using Profil in-die mechanically attached fasteners compared to weld fasteners. And, an interactive application overview provides an animated and interactive vehicle diagram so that visitors can see exactly how and where Profil fasteners are used by vehicle application--upper body, under body, closures, chassis, seating and battery housing.
