Leadership Transition at Scandic Springs

Metal former Scandic Springs, Inc., San Leandro, CA, has appointed Andrea Foote as president, and elected Hale Foote as chairman. Scandic, founded in 1969, is a custom manufacturer of stampings, fourslide parts and coil springs.
Andrea’s training during the last 5 yr. has included escalating responsibilities, continuing education, and an early internship at another PMA member company. Hale credits the smooth transition to having a 5-yr. plan (modified during Covid), using an outside family business consultant, and soliciting input from the PMA Executive Networking groups that they each belong to.
