1.      What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

My biggest accomplishment is rising from a floor operator to a leadership role — developing internal systems, building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers and promoting Marion within the community. These efforts have supported sustained success and positioned Marion Manufacturing as a trusted partner and strong presence in the industry.

2.      Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under 40 honoree?

  • Advanced career from floor operator to leadership, streamlining operations and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Continue to drive strategic growth through business development, market expansion and long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the industry on multiple boards, aligning community engagement with business objectives and workforce sustainability, continuously encouraging and teaching others how to bring business and community together.

3.      How are you involved in the community?

I serve on multiple industry and community boards and lead outreach initiatives at Marion Mfg. I actively organize and volunteer in events that support local families, promote workforce development and inspire the next generation of manufacturing professionals.

4.      What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I have a passion for bringing people together — whether through hosting events, supporting local causes, or mentoring young professionals — and find joy in building strong community connections both personally and professionally.

Fun Fact: I enjoy collecting coins and small antiques.
