In his new role, Chaves will oversee the strategic growth and development of the company’s operations in Alajuela, Costa Rica.A toolmaker by trade, Chaves has 34 yr. of manufacturing experience, with 15 of those years in the medical-device industry. For the past ten years, he has been involved in the development and growth of the firm’s Costa Rica location, making tools, developing a state-of-the art manufacturing facility and leading an award-winning team of 100+ employees.
