Steve Koets Joins Precision Metalforming Association Staff as Member Engagement Manager

The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) announced the hiring of Steve Koets as member engagement manager. In this role, Koets will help lead efforts to increase involvement within PMA’s local district communities and the association. 

Prior to joining the PMA, Koets spent nearly 20 yr. at PMA member company Pridgeon and Clay, Inc. (P&C), Grand Rapids, MI, most recently serving as global director of business development. During his career at P&C, he excelled in many disciplines including product development, automotive-market forecasting, manufacturing-cost analysis, benchmarking, metals-market research, and analysis and organizational leadership.

Koets had been actively involved with PMA since 2011, helping to create the association’s Management Development Academy program and serving as the instructor for its sales and marketing course. He also served as a member of the PMA West Michigan District, including leading the district as chair for the last 3 yr.
