The site, www.rolltooling.com, also includes an RFQ page where visitors can submit information regarding a specific rollformed product and upload CAD or PDF drawings. The process-capabilities area functions as an online textbook on the process, covering topics such as design considerations, springback and end flare, setup time and production rate and conversion cost.
