Industrial Magnetics, Inc., Boyne City, MI, has published a 36-page catalog titled Magnets 101, which includes more than 25 new magnetic products and tools for increasing the speed, efficiency and safety of material-handling operations involving ferrous-metal alloys.
Highlights of the catalog include the new Read Rite inspection mirror, which allows users to see a non-inverted image of numbers, letters, symbols and pictures in difficult viewing locations; and the new Air Spring Fanner, which uses shop air to activate/deactivate the magnetic field when fanning steel sheet stock. Also worth noting is an expanded section dedicated to rectangular fixture magnets.
