Wolf Robotics, Fort Collins, CO, introduces LeanArc pre-engineered robotic-welding cells in a variety of models and with a selection of options available to suit specific application needs. Included are the robot, positioner, torch, human-machine interface, torch cleaner, operator-safety package and welding power supply, as well as a virtual model of the cell for use in optional offline programming. Also optional are remote diagnostics and programming services.

The firm showcased its Lean-Arc cells at Fabtech last November, and also displayed its new assortment of robotic press-brake systems that offer metalformers a choice of squaring tables, regrip stations, gripper racks (three-gripper capacity), incoming/outgoing pallet stations and quick-change grippers, while also including safety equipment and virtual-station offline programming.
