Kimberly-Clark Corp., Dallas, TX, a manufacturer of disposable wipes, washroom and skin-care products, acquired welding-safety-products manufacturer Jackson Products, Inc., Fenton, MO. Jackson Products (also known as Jackson Safety) manufactures personal-protective equipment for welders, and work-zone safety products.

The company also has launched a website-based promotional campaign, at www.kcprofessional.com/us, to offer manufacturing professionals a chance to enter a sweepstakes to win a Harley-Davidson Dyna Fat Bob motorcycle. The promotion, called Stand Up For American Iron, stars at www.myamericaniron.com, where visitors also can create their own Harley biker persona.
