Stamtec features its ST1 series of straightside single-crank precision mechanical presses (pictured), available in capacities of 80, 100, 160, 200, 260 and 300 tons, and speeds from 30 to 100 strokes/min. Stroke lengths across the series range 2.36 to 11.81 in. Features include user-friendly controls, low noise and vibration, reduced angular deflection compared to competing presses, minimal frame deflection and resistance to off-center loading.
Stamtec also highlights its high-speed HS2-series two-point, straightside, eccentric-crankshaft mechanical press. This press, operating to speeds of 500 strokes/min., is designed for demanding, high-speed stamping applications. HS2-series presses are available in capacities of 110, 165 and 220 tons, and bed-size lengths of 48, 60 and 72 in. Stroke length is 1 to 5 in.
