Serapid Group Announces Change in Management/Ownership

The Serapid Group, Rouxmesnil-Bouteilles, France, provider of horizontal and vertical load-transfer systems based on rigid-chain technology, has announced that after 30 years as owner, Saïd Lounis has sold the company to Emeric Labesse and Guillaume Davies, who serve as president-CEO and director general-COO, respectively. LBO France, a private equity company, backs Labesse and Davies. Lounis has retained an investment in The Serapid Group.
