J-Tech, Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada, installs in-die-assembly components within transfer and progressive dies. New is tooling to install push-clip nuts. This adds to the company’s portfolio of pierce and clinch nuts, studs, locator pins, stand offs and Norglide bushings.
Components can be installed top-down, bottom-up and cam-action. This tooling offers setting-force control and positive slug eject. For secondary installation of components, J-Tech offers stand-alone die sets, operator-load machines and robot-load machines.
