METALFORM Mexico a Resounding Success

For the fifth year, PMA’s METALFORM Mexico tradeshow was co-located with FABTECH Mexico and the AWS Weldmex shows. The “Mega Event” was held May 7-9, 2013, at the Cintermex in Monterrey, Mexico, featuring 324 exhibitors over 76,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space, and attracting 9400 attendees.

METALFORM Mexico featured 13,600 sq. ft. of exhibits, among them press supplier Sutherland Presses, which sold five presses at the show. “We haven’t felt a tradeshow to be this powerful and productive in years,” said Jill Sutherland, director of business development. “METALFORM Mexico 2013 has been a breath of fresh air and an uplifting indicator of the manufacturing economy in Mexico.”
