Tab Industries Expands Welding Shop

Metalworking manufacturer Tab Industries, LLC, Reading, PA, recently installed three new welding workstations at its 44,000-sq.-ft. shop, more than tripling its inhouse capacity. The new equipment comprises one gas-metal-arc-welding workstation and two workstations for gas-tungsten-arc welding, including fixtures, modular tables, accessories and storage racking. Also added: an electrostatic cleaning station for stainless steel. The welding-department expansion follows the firm’s recent investments to expand its laser-cutting and metal-fabrication departments.
