Engineering Director
(Metal Stampings)
We are a manufacturer of metal stampings and progressive dies for a diversified portfo- lio of industries located in the northwest suburbs of the Chicagoland, IL area. We are seeking an Engineering Director to provide the strategic direction and technical expert- ise in the development and implementation of progressive programs that will allow the company to provide superior quality parts and service to our customers, while posi- tioning the company for growth. This posi- tion requires a candidate that takes an active hands-on approach to managing all of the departments under the Engineering function. Candidate must be an excellent leader with strategic vision and a passion for continuous improvement. Desired candi- dates will have a minimum of a BS degree in Engineering or related degree (or equiva- lent work-related experience), with exten- sive experience in the stampings industry; a minimum of 20 years in the stamping indus- try, and have 10 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership position. Must have an excellent understanding of the tool & die industry and design for manufactura- bility.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to estab- lish and develop nationwide non-automotive customer relationships for our heavy metal stamping and assembly operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Effectively and aggressively managing all
aspects of sales cycle
• Forecasting and maintaining sales
• Aggressively prospect to establish a
qualified line of business
• Developing new long-term customer
relationships
• Solving customer material and delivery
challenges
• Engage in customer continuous improve-
ment projects to completion
Requirements for the position are:
• Minimum 5 years proven track record of
prospecting, cultivating and closing metal
stamping sales
• Possess active client list
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
of the time
• Work effectively in a team environment
and independently
• Outstanding written, oral and computer
skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relat-
ed field
