Tool & Die Designer
A-G Tool & Die Company, which builds stamping dies for the sheet metal stamping industry, is seeking a Tool Designer with knowledge of sheet metal stamping dies, along with experi- ence in designing progressive, draw, single hit, and transfer dies. Requires tool design functions from concept through completion based on customer specs and company’s quotation. Must have skill in Solidworks design software, version 2010 minimum; familiarity with Autoform simulation software a strong plus. Preferred experience/education includes strong math background in Algebra, Trigonometry, with relative appli- cations to Physics, CAD software and Microsoft Professional software utilization. Associate degree from an accredited university in tooling, mechanical, or CAD engineering desired.
