Production Toolmakers/Die Setters – Progressive or Transfer Die – 2nd and 3rd Shifts
• Candidates must possess a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting production issues, coupled with the creativity and ability to arrive at logical solutions.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining progressive or transfer dies, along with the ability to maintain the quality and efficiency of production presses is required.
• Background in new tool development or prototyping is a plus.
• Journeyman status or equivalent experience is desirable.
CNC Machinists/Toolmakers – 3rd Shift
• Preferred candidates will possess the ability to independently set up and operate CNC tool room machinery to produce high volume, tightly toleranced tooling in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to perform machining from blueprints, detailed specifications or duplicate parts, in order to create and repair quality tooling to exact tolerances and specifications.
• Experience working with tool steel materials, such as 01, A-2, D-2, CPM and M-2 is a plus.

Seasoned Press Repair Technician – TN

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of direct experience servicing, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, operating and maintaining industrial machinery equipment, preferably metal stamping presses
• Able to read blueprints, mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Outstanding people-skills including customer service with attention to detail
Working out of our Tullahoma, Tennessee, office, you will travel up to 90% of the time through- out North America. A valid driver’s license and passport are required. In return, we offer a robust compensation package including salary, vacation, travel rewards, 401K, full medical and more.
