Since 1978, Batesville Tool & Die has offered full-service stamping, utilizing presses from 100 to 1200 tons, including six servo presses in capacities to 800 tons. We provide some of the most technically advanced parts and assembly components in the industry, implementing a vast array of automated-assembly and robotic-weld operations, including resistance- and MIG-weld-
ing processes. Our onsite tooling facility produces com- plex progressive and transfer dies, used to manufacture highly engineered compo- nents.
