Business Incubator Launches AM Training Courses

The Youngstown (OH) Business Incubator (YBI) has launched a training program to bring additive manufacturing (AM) skills to the workforce of Ohio’s 32 Appalachian counties. The initial courses, free to students and individuals employed in the region, are Additive 101, Advanced Materials, Prototyping & Reverse Engineering, AM for Tooling Applications and AM for Metal Casting. For those who are not students or do not work in the Appalachian region, there is a course fee. Each daylong offering will be held at least twice, beginning Aug. 23 with Advanced Materials.x
