Littlejohn Capital Acquires Maysteel Industries

LJC Investments III, LLC, an investment vehicle controlled by Littlejohn Capital, Greenwich, CT, announced the acquisition of Maysteel Industries, a designer, engineer and manufacturer of OEM sheetmetal enclosures, electrical cabinets and metal-fabricated assemblies. Maysteel has manufacturing locations in Allenton, WI, and Monterrey, Mexico, and formerly was owned by Revolution Capital Group, LLC.
