Magna Enters JV with Chinese Automotive-Seating Specialist

Automotive supplier Magna International, Aurora, Ontario, Canada, has entered into a joint venture with Hubei Aviation Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Xiangyang, China, an automotive seat-mechanism and structure-component supplier. With the agreement, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017, Magna seeks to expand its reach in China and throughout Asia.
