April 1, 2010Comments
On May 12, the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) and Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) will jointly produce the 2010 NTMA/PMA Contract Manufacturing Purchasing Fair. With the theme, Re-Shoring to Bring U.S. Manufacturing Jobs Back Home, the fair offers one-stop shopping where OEMs can find competitive U.S. job shops. It’s to be held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine Hotel in Irvine, CA.
The NTMA and PMA re-shoring initiative will document to large manufacturers nationwide the benefits of sourcing in the United States. More than 50 representatives from large manufacturers are expected to attend and learn about competitive domestic sourcing opportunities from 200 custom U.S. manufacturers. For more information, visit http://tiny.cc/YU9e2 or contact Christie Carmigiano at 216/901-9666 ext. 105; ccarmigiano@pma.org.
