Reshoring Initiative Receives Frost & Sullivan Leadership Award
May 1, 2014Frost & Sullivan’s Manufacturing Leadership Council has honored The Reshoring Initiative, Chicago, IL, as one of the winners of its 2014 Manufacturing Leadership Awards, in the category of industry advocacy. The awards program honors companies and people that are “shaping the future of global manufacturing,” in 11 categories. The Reshoring Initiative helps companies accurately assess their total cost of offshoring, to shift collective thinking from “offshoring is cheaper” to “local reduces the total cost of ownership.”
