The Hoffmann Family of Companies Acquires Wayne Manufacturing

Founded in 1963, Wayne Manufacturing, Laotto, IN, which produces dozens of products for the automobile industry, has been acquired by the Hoffman Family of Companies (HFC), based in Florida. Wayne Manufacturing’s Quality Management System is certified by NSF-ISR for IATF 16949:2016, and includes conformance in metal stamping with robotic welding, machining and assembly capabilities.
