Weiss-Aug Completes Acquisition of The Diemasters

The Weiss-Aug Group, East Hanover, NJ, a contract manufacturer performing precision metal stamping, insert molding and integrated component assembly, has completed the full acquisition of The Diemasters Manufacturing, Inc., having previously acquired the controlling share of the company in November 2015.

The Diemasters, Elk Grove Village, IL, specializes in close-tolerance fabricated-metal and stamped components, as well as fully assembled, finished products.
