Welser Profile North America Expands

Custom roll former Welser Profile North America, which acquired Superior Roll Forming (Valley City, OH) in 2018, has acquired an existing 160,000-sq.-ft. facility, also in Valley City, contingent on local and state incentive approvals. The firm plans to remodel the facility and add state-of-the-art production roll forming equipment, scheduled for installation later in 2021. The facility will focus on Welser Profile’s core non-automotive industries, while Superior Roll Forming will continue to focus on existing and new strategic partnerships in selected automotive segments.
