Logopress Now Part of AutoForm

Logopress, a provider of die-design software for the tool-and-die industry, has announced its acquisition by the AutoForm Group, a Swiss provider of finite-element-analysis software for the tool-and-die industry. With the companies’ complementary product lines and development teams, the integration of Logopress into the AutoForm Group enables the company “to go further and be faster with our product development by sharing and combining our mutual and complementary know-how,” offer Logopress General Manager Yves Thizy and AutoForm Group CMO Markus Thomma, in a letter to Logopress customers. “Contacts, management teams and technical teams do not change,” say the executives, “but our products will continue improving to meet the industry’s future challenges.”
