METALFORM EDU Offers a Range of Onboarding and Training Programs
April 24, 2025Comments
METALFORM EDU, PMA’s online learning platform, offers a plethora of resources to put more standardized pre-hire and onboarding processes in place. The 60-item Occupational Aptitude and Knowledge Assessment can help companies gain an understanding of an applicant’s potential to learn the job and function in the precision-manufacturing environment. Once they’re in the door, check out the free OnboardingME (eight modules covering the history of metal forming, safety, quality, employment law and more), to put newly hired employees through a solid, level-setting industry session. Then, use METALFORM EDU to create general and role-specific skill sets, assign courses, manage training and more.
Visit for more information or contact PMA’s workforce-development team at workforce@pma.org to schedule a demo.
