FABTECH, Welding Show and METALFORM All in OneSeptember 1, 2008
The Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV, is home for FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show introducing METALFORM from October 6 to 8. The event marks the beginning of a strategic alliance of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, Society of Manufacturing Engineers and American Welding Society to bring together their respective trade shows. With this alliance, PMA’s METALFORM will consist of a pavilion at this year’s show, with a full METALFORM event co-located with the other shows beginning in 2009 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
In 2008 for the first time, North America’s largest metalforming, fabricating, tube & pipe, and welding trade show will be held in the western United States, drawing an expected 20,000 attendees and hosting more than 800 exhibitors in more than 400,000 sq. ft. of space.
