Roland Industrial Electronics, Cleveland, OH, will introduce its model SND40 weld-seam detector, which features the proven magnetic leaking-flux principle in combination with the eddy-current principle for detecting the weld seam in ferrous and nonferrous tubes. It is well-suited for thick-walled tubes used in hydroforming. Also showcased are new high-performance double-blank detectors for single-sheet thicknesses to 0.30 in.
