Amada America Sponsors Jack Harvey’s Entry for the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix

Rahal Letterman Lanigan (RLL) Racing announced that Amada America, Inc., a global machine-tool manufacturer and supplier to the sheet metal industry, as the primary sponsor of Jack Harvey’s No. 30 Honda-powered entry at the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix, which took place April 28-30 at Barber Motorsports Park.
“Our new partnership with the worldclass RLL Racing team embodies a shared commitment to engineering and innovation,” says Stephen Keating, Amada’s vice president of sales and key accounts. “We look forward to a close collaboration between our two technology-driven organizations.”
“Amada is a great company and I’m pleased that it has joined us as a partner,” adds Bobby Rahal, co-owner of RLL Racing with David Letterman and Mike Lanigan. “Not only will it be the primary sponsor of the No. 30 entry for Jack Harvey at Barber but it also will provide us with equipment that will help us produce components for both the IndyCar and IMSA programs. Its equipment certainly is cutting edge, and the partnership will be a big asset for our team.”
Harvey is in the midst of his fourth full season in IndyCar in 2023. His best start to date is second place in the 2021 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and 2020 GMR Grand Prix, and his best finish is third in the 2019 Indianapolis Grand Prix.
