HSG Laser Announces New Customer Service and Support Team for North America

HSG Laser, Addison, IL, has announced the formation of a new,
local customer-service team in North America, led by Fernando Ramos, customer service
manager for the United States, Canada and Mexico. Joining Ramos is Ricardo
Herrera, appointed as spare parts and warehouse manager at HSG Laser U.S.
Ramos, who has more than 14 yr. of experience in the global
industrial sector, will oversee service operations, technical support and spare-parts
management, ensuring high-quality service for HSG Laser customers across North
America. Herrera will oversee day-to-day inventory-management operations,
ensuring efficient stock control and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
