AddiTec Named Meltio Sales Partner for North America, Introductory Technology Webinar Set

Additive Technologies LLC (AddiTec) and Meltio announced that AddiTec will serve as the official sales partner and play a key role in the distribution and support of Meltio metal 3D printing solutions in the North American market. Meltio’s process technology is built around welding wire as a safe, clean and affordable metal feedstock. As witnessed by 3D Metal Printing during a Meltio booth tour at Formnext 2021, the company offers standalone AM machines as well as a multi-laser deposition head in a package it refers to as an engine. This can be integrated with a CNC or robotic platform, thus creating a hybrid manufacturing system with no inherent part-size constraints for near-net-shape manufacturing, component repair or feature addition.

AddiTec will focus on building a supportive ecosystem for Meltio’s technology in the United States and Canada, partnering and driving business opportunities alongside technology centers, tooling machine companies, robotic integrators, academia and industry, according to company officials.
