Hutchison Tool exhibits mechanical and servo-driven in-die tapping solutions. The mechanical solutions include standard top-down, follow-along, horizontal, bottom-up and transfer-press in-die tapping units.

The servo-driven in-die tapping unit features the latest technology. Capacities for mechanical and servo-driven in-die tapping units range from #2-56 to 11⁄4-12 or metric M2 to M30. The tapping heads also offer multiple mounting options for press accessibility, quick-change lead screws/tap collets and press speeds to 200 strokes/min.
