ETNA Products Acquires Metalworking Fluids Line from JTM Products

ETNA Products, Inc., Chagrin Falls, OH, a producer of lubricants for nonferrous drawing and stamping. Has acquired the metalworking fluids lineup of products from JTM Products, Solon, OH.

“The JTM metalworking product line brings state-of-the-art technology to ETNA,” says Mike Washington, president of ETNA, “well as a worldclass distribution network. We will continue to evaluate additional strategic acquisitions.”

Adds ETNA CEO Catharine, “This is another step in our growth plan that includes a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. We plan to break ground on phase two of our plant expansion this spring to accommodate future growth moves.”
