Free Six-Part Online Event Begins June 9, Explores Host of AM Issues

A free, six-part, live-event series, “inside AM,” will debut on June 9 at 9 a.m. ET, broadcast from the new Customer Experience Center of AM Solutions, with subsequent events occurring once each subsequent month. The series, presented by AM Solutions, a brand of the Rösler Group that provides post-processing technology, features representatives from additive manufacturing (AM)-related companies providing reports about their experiences, applications, visions and obstacles that must be overcome to successfully implement AM.

Tune in as the series attempts to answer a host of questions: Are these claims about the possibilities of AM real, and in which industries have they already been successfully implemented? What is really feasible? To what extent are businesses already using 3D printing? What is the driving force behind this development?

The live-streamed events are conducted in English and accessible from anywhere in the world. The interactive format allows viewers to participate in the conversation and pose questions live to the participants.

The first event on June 9 welcomes Christoph Hansen, director of technology and innovation at Sauber Engineering AG, a member of the Swiss Sauber Group. Hansen will discuss the use of AM for the Sauber-operated Formula One team, Alfa Romeo Racing Orlen, and how AM use was expanded beyond the race cars.
