Almetals Celebrates 40 Years in Business

Metal slitter and distributor Almetals, Inc., Wixom, MI, recently celebrated its 40th yr. in business by hosting a dinner event attended by its staff and board members, and distinguished guests.

The firm, founded by Jim Chain in 1984 and which also operates a processing facility in Austell, GA, works with a variety of industries including stamping, hinge, rollforming, HVAC, solar and automotive.  Its coil products include aluminum, brass and copper, cold rolled steel, fin stock and coated and stainless steels.
