Kloeckner Metals Acquires Haley Tool & Stamping

Metal-service center Kloeckner Metals Corp., headquartered in Roswell, GA, has acquired Haley Tool & Stamping Inc., Franklin, TN.  Kloeckner operates more than 55 branches in the United States and Mexico, and more than 120 worldwide.

Haley Tool & Stamping operates a 50,000-sq.-ft. facility strategically located near Kloeckner’s KGS Steel facility in Nashville, TN, its service center in Murfreesboro, TN, and its American Fabricators facility in Lebanon, TN.  It runs stamping presses from 50 to 400 tons, in addition to tooling and die-maintenance equipment.
