3D-Printing Software Provider to Acquire ERP Software Firm

CommentsDassault Systèmes, a France-based provider of 3D-printing and engineering software, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire IQMS, a Paso Robles, CA-based provider of manufacturing ERP software company, for $425 million. With the acquisition, Dassault Systèmes extends its 3D platform to small and midsized manufacturing companies seeking to digitally transform their business operations.
